Virgil Mattingly and Bill Kroener Participate in the 13th Annual National Institute on Banking Law Basics

Mr. Mattingly and Mr. Kroener participated in the 13th Annual National Institute on Banking Law Basics in Boston, held October 27 through October 29 and sponsored by the American Bar Association Business Law Section and Center for Continuing Legal Education and the Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law of Boston University School of Law. Mr. Mattingly’s presentations on October 27 were titled, “The Role of the Fed" and "Affiliate Transactions.” Mr. Kroener’s presentations on October 28 and October 29 were titled, “Swaps, Derivatives and Hedging,” “Bank Failures and FDIC Resolutions and Receiverships” and “Actions Against Institution Affiliated Parties.”
